Beginner’s CrossFit Workout

Give CrossFit a try and see if the latest fitness trend is for you!

Ready to test the waters of CrossFit? This workout is basic, easy to follow, and provides you with typical CrossFit exercises. If you like this type of workout, then CrossFit may be a good fitness regimen for you!

CrossFit gyms can be found across the globe. They often offer a variety of beginner or advanced classes with trainers to help supervise. This is a good way to learn form correctly and prevent injury. However CrossFit gyms may not be accessible in every location. The 10 Minute Swing, Jump, and Dip

Equipment Needed: A kettlebell, a 1 ft platform to jump on (such as a step or box platform at the gym), chair and a Timer (Gymboss is a free app download)

What to Do: Set the clock to 10 minutes. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise. See how many rounds you can complete in 10 minutes. Then next time you come back to do the workout, see if you can beat your number of rounds!
